Submission Guidelines for Administrative WeeklyIn an attempt to streamline the process of submitting items for the Administrative Weekly Diocesan publication, as well as standardize the formatting, we ask that you please follow the guidelines outlined below. For items to be submitted to the
Administrative Weekly: Please left justify your single-spaced paragraph and use Times New Roman in point size 12. Please do not indent or use bullet points. The first line contains the name of the parish, department, organization, etc. from whom the item is being submitted and is all capital letters, bold, and underlined. The second line is a short, one line description of the event / topic and is written in title case, bold, and italicized. Content of the body of the announcement should be a concise, well written, narrative paragraph using full sentences. Flyers and bulletins cannot be accepted as a submission. Please create a simple, narrative paragraph announcement from the information contained in your flyer or bulletin, and submit per the guidelines above. If you would like flyers and bulletins to be available, please create a web link for each one and include it in your announcement. Items not in proper format will be returned and will not be included until received in proper format. Please send your item to Janaan Garcia at jgarcia@oakdiocese.org. Deadline for submissions is Monday, 5:00 pm, of the week of publication. Please indicate the dates you would like the item to run and do not re-submit unless there are changes.
