Insurance and Benefits

The Insurance & Benefits Office, under the direction of the Division of Resources, is responsible for the administration of Diocesan risk management activities and related insurance programs (i.e., general liability, property, earthquake, special events, etc.)  Additionally, this office administers the employee health and welfare benefits of employees throughout the Diocese of Oakland. These benefits include, but are not limited to, health and wellness programs, workers’ compensation insurance, retirement plans, and statutory programs.
