Facilities Planning and Services
The Facilities Planning and Services Office assists the Bishop in directing, coordinating, and guiding parishes and schools and Diocesan staff in the design, renovation, and construction of facilities. Its director also oversees the maintenance of existing facilities and the purchase, sale, or gifting of property. The Diocesan Building Commission, which includes volunteers chosen for their knowledge of construction and facilities management, assists the director of Facilities Planning and the parishes to ensure construction and maintenance projects are in compliance with Diocesan standards and procedures.
