Society understands that incidents of sexual misconduct by priests and other diocesan employees is the cause of severe spiritual and emotional harm. The Diocese of Oakland is committed to addressing this problem, not only as an employer, but also as the bearer of the Gospel message of reconciliation and healing.

The following policies, procedures and resources are meant to inform and facilitate the reporting process.
