I will give you a new heart and place a new spirit within you, taking from your bodies your stony hearts and giving you natural hearts.

I will put my spirit within you and make you live by my statutes, careful to observe my decrees.     Ezekiel 36:25-27

Movie Review:

Who is William Wilberforce?

If you get a chance,  go see Amazing Grace.  It will remind you of social justice efforts today, and inspire you to keep going.  It took many years of justice organizing and boycotts for British legislators to end the slave trade… and yet they did it!

The March 2007 issue of Sojourner magazine details this effort of organizing and advocacy by the faith community.
