Use this form to submit an event or an announcement to be considered for inclusion on the diocesan website events calendar, to be distributed to other parishes, and in the bi-monthly digital newsletter, OAK Catholic. Since The Weekly is intended to support parish communications, only events at least three weeks in the future will be included, no parish fundraising events or events not unique to the parish (such as Adoration, regular Masses, etc.) will be included in The Weekly. These events will be included on the website events listings. Before submitting this form, please confirm that this event is in compliance with all diocesan policies. If your event involves clergy from outside the diocese a valid letter of good standing is required. As good stewards, we use these policies to keep our parishioners and guests safe as we uphold the sacred integrity of our parish communities. Your pastor is ultimately accountable for compliance with all diocesan policies. If you have questions regarding policies that apply to your event, please contact the Office of the Chancellor.
