Homecoming Celebration Feb 7 @ 2:00 pm - 5:00 pm
Saint Elizabeth Elementary and Cristo Rey De La Salle High School East Bay Campus are proud to celebrate more than 100 years of Catholic education in the Fruitvale neighborhood with a special Homecoming Celebration on Saturday, Feb. 7 2-5 p.m. in the high school gym.
The event will bring together alumni, families, educators, faith leaders, and community members to honor a shared legacy rooted in faith, justice, and service. The celebration marks three significant milestones: Saint Elizabeth Homecoming, the launch of the Sister Rose Marie Hennessy Saint Elizabeth Scholarship, and the 150th anniversary of the Dominican Sisters of Mission San Jose.
The Sister Rose Marie Hennessy Saint Elizabeth Scholarship is being established in loving tribute to Sister Rose Marie Hennessy, whose leadership and lifelong dedication to students profoundly shaped the Saint Elizabeth community. Known for her deep belief in the dignity of every young person, Sister Rose Marie championed an education grounded in compassion, academic excellence, and service to others. The scholarship will support future students who reflect these values and ensure continued access to a Saint Elizabeth education.
