The following holidays are the minimum required for parish employees:

Because of the religious nature of the day, parish offices are closed from at least noon on Good Friday (April 18).
When a federal holiday falls on a weekend, the holiday observance will be moved to either the Friday preceding the holiday (if the holiday falls on a Saturday) or the Monday following the holiday (if the holiday falls on a Sunday).
Observance of the minimum holidays is not transferable to a different date without incurring double time pay for non-exempt employees.
