Speaker profile:  Joshua Michael Burger

Josh Burger, born in 1990, is one of only four known people in the world with his condition, an extremely rare and almost always fatal form of dwarfism.  As you might suspect, Josh has overcome countless serious challenges, beginning from the day he was diagnosed.  He cannot walk or even stand, so he relies on a motorized wheelchair to move about in the world.  But, he will not let circumstances stop him from being the person God has designed him to be.

Josh enjoys sharing with middle school, high school students and adults and can tailor his talk to self-esteem issues, goal setting, overcoming obstacles, and sanctity of human life and pro-life issues.  Often he will share his life story, his experiences as a little person with disabilities, and how every life is precious, regardless of the form it takes.  His faith is the cornerstone of his life.
