403(b) Retirement Planning for Diocese of Oakland Employees

The video reinforces the benefits of starting to save now and provides a guide to make the enrollment process easier for you.  In less than 5 minutes, you will learn how to start or increase your retirement savings through payroll contributions. There is a wide variety of investment choices available. And The Standard can help you decide on the investment choices that best fit your retirement goals. And this program is available to all employees, both part-time and full-time.

Enrollment can begin any time.  There's no special enrollment period. Contributions are pre-tax and you decide the dollar level for your payroll contributions. You can also adjust your payroll contribution amount any time you need to (you must notify your bookkeeper).
