Bishop Barber Announces Clergy Assignments

Most Rev. Michael Barber, SJ has made and confirmed the following appointments:

• Rev. Benjamin Mac Lingo, from St. Leander’s Parish, San Leandro is appointed Parochial Vicar at St. Anthony’s Parish, Oakley. Effective February 1, 2021.
• Rev. Jose Luis Barrios, OFM as Temporary Parochial Administrator of St. Elizabeth Parish, Oakland. Effective February 10, 2021.
