Required Meeting re Catechetical Formation

Dear Parish Staff,

As we begin the new catechetical formation year, I invite those who coordinate RCIA, RCIC and youth and adult confirmations in the Diocese of Oakland to a one-hour meeting where I will provide updates on confirmation policies for adults, youth and children.

Please forward this invitation to those in your parish who coordinate RCIA, RCIC and youth and adult confirmations.

Please confirm to Scarlett Salaverria [email protected] by Sept 8.

Please provide the full name, parish name/title, contact information (email/phone number) of at least one representative from your parish that will be in attendance at one of the following meetings:

Option 1
Tuesday, September 19
6:30 – 7:30 pm
St. Stephen’s Parish Hall
1101 Keaveny Court, Walnut Creek

Option 2
Wednesday, September 20
10:30-11:30 am
Cathedral of Christ the Light Parish Hall
2121 Harrison Street, Oakland

Initial email regarding scheduling of confirmation dates for next year will be distributed the first week of September.

Please note: Participation in these meetings will be required in order for your parish confirmation dates to be secured.
