- Father Wilter Gleiton Cristino Malveira, OFM Cap (Capuchin Franciscan Order of California – Western America Province of Our Lady of Angels) as parochial vicar of St. Jarlath, Oakland and to serve the Brazilian/Portuguese communities in the Diocese of Oakland, effective Nov. 18, 2025.
- Father Gilberto Chavez, S. de J. (Siervos de Jesus – Puebla México Provinceas) as parochial vicar of St. John the Baptist, El Cerrito, and St. David of Wales Parish Cluster, Richmond, effective Dec. 1, 2025.
- Father Luke Van Vu, OFM Conv (Franciscan Friars Conventual – St. Joseph Cupertino Province) as temporary parochial administrator of Our Lady of Grace – Transfiguration Parish Cluster, Castro Valley, effective Dec. 26, 2025.
- Father Mathews Zulu, OMI (Missionary Oblates of Mary Immaculate US Province) as parochial vicar of Sacred Heart Parish, Oakland, effective Dec. 26, 2025.
- Father Angel Garcia, OFM Conv (Franciscan Friars Conventual – St. Joseph Cupertino Province) as parochial vicar of Our Lady of Grace – Transfiguration Parish Cluster, Castro Valley, effective Jan. 1, 2026
